Like others on tumblr, I'm trying not only to lose weight but to get in shape and feel better about myself. I've gone through my share of problems but I just want to get healthy. We can do this.

I went through my calender and set up a goal plan where I aim at losing about 1.5 lbs a week. It's reasonable; I don't plan on starving or overworking. This is realistic.
Day 1:
I’m single. I had a boyfriend but I broke up with him about a month ago. He was really nice but we just weren’t right for each other. I really like being single actually, not because I run around acting all slutty all the time though, I just like being able to put all of my energy into myself.
